5 sets of 12-15 reps

Workout 5
Dumbbell Hamstring Curls:
5 sets of 12-15 reps

Workout 6
Dumbbell Lunges:
5 sets of 20 steps

Workout 7
Dumbbell Shrugs:
5 sets of 25 reps

Workout 8
Planks:
5 sets of 30sec planks
